Every Player Must Have a Pass to Play
  • Send a color headshot of the player in jpeg format to  nvasa.playerinfo@gmail.com
  • Picture must clearly identify the player
  • Include team name in subject line
  • No need to crop the picture
  • In order to expedite the pass making, and before the player mails the waiver, scan the waiver form into jpeg format and submit to nvasa.playerinfo@gmail.com
  • Use 200dpi resolution or better.
